Snow Removal Bid Notice

The City of Cleveland is accepting sealed bids for the City-wide Snow Removal (approx. 10.6 miles); chip & seal streets (map of streets available at City Hall. Please make a bid for the removal of 3” or more of snow, per occurrence, for the period of November 1, 2025, through April 15, 2026. Your bid should include a separate quote for spreading salt and sand or a mix of salt and ash at intersections only. Proof of liability insurance and proof of Workmen’s Comp required. Please contact City Hall to preview the contract requirements. Submit Bids by Tuesday, October 21, 2025. Mail bids marked “Snow Bids” to City Clerk, PO BOX 68, Cleveland MO 64734 Bids will be read publicly at the regular Board of Aldermen meeting on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, held at Cleveland City Hall at 209 W. Main St. at 7:00 p.m.
