Notice of Public Hearing
Pursuant to RSMo §250.233, A hearing will be held on Tuesday July 7, 2026, at 6:15 pm at Community
Building 211 W. Main Street and citizens may be heard for the proposed increase for sewer service
charge to be set by the City of Cleveland, Missouri, a political subdivision. The sewer service
charge and hookup fee increase shall be set to bring the cost up to cover the increased pricing of
material and labor. Water rates will be increased to meet the water purchase costs. All interested
parties will be heard at this public hearing. After the hearing, the Board will introduce Bill No.
600 at the regular meeting for the increase of the sewer service charge, sewer hookup fees and
water rate charges.
