Invitation to Bid – Sidewalk Repair Project

The City of Cleveland, Missouri is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Sidewalk Repair Project.
The project includes replacing approximately 43 linear feet of 5-foot-wide sidewalk near W. Main Street and Trail Ridge Pass, including removal and disposal of existing concrete, installation of new 4,000 PSI concrete, restoration of disturbed turf, and matching the existing finish, joints, and slope.
Bid Deadline:
Monday, August 17, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. CDT
Sealed bids should be clearly marked "Sidewalk Repair Project Bid" and delivered to City Hall. Bids will be publicly opened on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Proof of liability insurance and Missouri Workers' Compensation coverage is required. The project must be completed within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed.
