Public Notice Lot Split

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Board of Aldermen and Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Cleveland, Missouri, in the Cleveland Community Building at 211 W. Main Street, at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, to consider: A Re-Plat Application submitted by Marilyn Rugova, to split the tract of the duplex at 410 and 408 W. Cleveland Ave., into two lots (Tract A and Tract B). Section 3.1 of Unified Development Ordinance will be the applicable code.
